This is our Strategy
The world is shifting, creating problems and opportunities everyday. With our strategy we aim to bring forward projects for positive impact. We use the roll-out of web 4.0 as our innovation space, its building blocks will underpin new organisational models.
New economic trends and clover business model canvas
Professor Emeritus Jan Jonker’s “Clover Business Model Canvas” is a framework for designing business models that foster sustainable economic prosperity. At Co-Inpetto, we believe that Web 4.0 provides the essential building blocks to facilitate data, information, and token flows among the diverse parties engaged in value creation. We are currently testing this premise within a ToC (Theory of Change).

For each value proposition we co-design we aim for social, ecological and financial profit (= clover for value creation and clover for principles). We use the building blocks of web 4.O to design within new economical trends (= clover for design). We team up with mission led innovation environments (= clover for community structure and clover for principles) to share the costs and profits of the innovation (= clover for principles).
The individual as smallest organising party
Co-Inpetto has become part of an emerging movement dedicated to the development of a digital infrastructure that upholds data sovereignty for both individuals and organizations. At Co-Inpetto we believe that in the context of Web 4.0, every citizen will be equipped with Personal Data Services (PDS) — secure, user-centric environments that enable the autonomous management, organization, and controlled sharing of personal data and tokens.
It is the individual with its data, knowledge, skills, money, tokens and creativity that can get empowered. That is the thinking we share with Weconomics Foundations and MyData. At Co-Inpetto we believe that web 4.O will make that thinking actionable. Together with co-designers we co-design minimal viable value propositions to share knowledge and test our premise.

A flywheel to fuel a ToC (theory of change)
We team-up with individual co-designers who each have passion, talent, leverage and a Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG), a concept introduced by Jim Collins. These co-designers join us in exploring how new organizational thinking and emerging Web 4.0 technologies can inform their actions and decisions. Together, we aim to strengthen the economic engines of themselves, their stakeholders and their common projects.
In the third phase of Co-Inpetto, we started to participate in a Theory of Change (ToC 3.1) and we are open to co-design next ones — all with the goal of accelerating innovation and systemic transformation. Contributing to sustainable prosperity is our final goal.

Co-Inpetto Farm and Co-Inpetto Design as 'spinn-offs' of Co-Inpetto
We use the roll-out of Threefold Grid as an opportunity to start-up Co-Inpetto Farm and Co-Inpetto Design journeys, gain and share learnings. The Threefold Grid is a foundational layer of Web 4.0.
